The Gateway

I used to live near this underpass in San Diego.
We referred to it as the Gateway to San Diego.
On one side you had super touristy old town SD, and the pretty, well manicured part of the area.
But take a short walk through this mysterious portal of beer-ass hobo shit wiped up with free porno add mags, bird feathers, and trash of all the best kind and you find your self in the sun bleached, cracked or non existent sidewalked, county psych ward, and RV gypsy riders of all types parked like skynard's playing a month long engagement next to hwy 5.
I miss the excitement of it all.
Holy run on sentence batman.

Sandy Eggos

Went down to San Diego on the Sunday after the show to see the sd family, shoot "Chief", and try not to get roped into working on a boat. Two for three ain't bad.
I wish i remembered the name he gave him self when I lived in Ventura. Toki, or chochi, or maki.
The oldest of the Perich Brothers. For more on their crazy adventures, go here perich brothers (and sister)
Everything you need, and nothing you don't. I swear.

Lurking in the shadows. Five and a half more years.
Monumental discoveries.
Grinding disc killer.

The circus was in town. But I don't think it left.
If you joined the navy on the west coast, Between 1923 to the late 70's you more then likely got sent here: Naval Training Center San Diego

Orange County pays their taxes.

Golden State Fwy is actually an Interstate. I stayed in state but headed south to Santa Ana, to visit the space cadets and hear stories of intergalactic journeys, adventures, and the pains of telliporting all your moving boxes.
Sloppy and the spaceter.
There happened to be a car show around the corner from his new place. This thing had me singing this song all day.

Sunrise Cycles makes fun looking bikes. The amount of bikes at bf3 was a bit overwhelming but I was able to capture two of my favorites, in the same frame.
Knuckle knee dragger. Loved this thing.
The Intergalactic space ship (un-named thus far)
Don't pass out with your shoes on kids.
No pissing in the space ship.
Veronica's hwy 5 cruising mahhhcheen.
Headed down to sd to see some family. Five minutes in my sister picked me up in a shady parking lot...

Trip down Sur Teasers

Been using my film body a lot lately. It's small, simple, and silver salts. With film they're more to worry about, but less worry. It's great. Here's two quick ones from my weekend down south. The rest in a few.
Too much too young.
Pre war in post war. Well, world-wise at least.
